RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Hyzer Park LLC. is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your HyzerPark.com purchase, for any reason, we will offer a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

Some restrictions apply.

1. Returned / exchanged items must be in 100% resalable condition (unworn, unused, undamaged)

2. All returns and exchanges must have been purchased from the HyzerPark.com web site in order to be considered.

3. We do NOT currently accept returns or exchanges on Custom Embroidery orders, Limited Editions, Collaborations, ACE RUN Hats, or any international orders. All sales of those items are final.

If your product meets the criteria above:

Please email us at TeamHyzerPark@HyzerPark.com with the subject title as "Return" or "Exchange". Included in your email, please provide your order number as well as the product name(s) and SKU(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Please Note: If we sent the correct item with your original shipment, then you will be responsible for the costs of shipping the return to us.

Once your email request is received and reviewed, Hyzer Park LLC. will provide for you a pre-paid USPS Priority Mail shipping label to return your item(s) to us.

Print the label and place the label on the return shipment box.  Then ship it from your nearest United States Postal Service shipping location.

Please allow up to 10 business days for Hyzer Park, LLC to credit your account.

Please keep in mind that the original shipping charge will not be included in the return credit.

Hyzer Park LLC. is not responsible for returned products lost in transit. We encourage you to use Priority Mail when returning your order so that it can be tracked if necessary.
